Discreet Packaging & Privacy
- Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names, brand names, or identifying information appear on the exterior of the parcel. All shipments are labelled as “Health Care Product” to maintain complete confidentiality at every stage of transit.
- For larger orders, parcels may be split and dispatched across multiple separate shipments on consecutive days to minimise any customs-related risk and maximise delivery success across EU member states.

International Express to the EU
Where EU warehouse stock is unavailable, orders may be dispatched via international express courier from our fulfilment centres in India. All such parcels pass through EU Customs before onward domestic delivery.

Order Processing & Confirmation
- Once your order is successfully placed and payment is authorised, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order summary, estimated delivery window, and unique order reference number.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address and postal code are entered accurately at checkout. Address errors may result in delivery failure and will not qualify for our reshipment guarantee.

Tracking Activation Window
Please allow 5–7 business days from dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier system. Statuses such as “Pending Shipment,” “Tracking Information Not Found,” or “Unknown” during this initial period are normal and do not indicate any issue with your order.

EU Customs & Import Regulations
- All intra-EU shipments benefit from the EU single market no customs duties or import declarations are required for shipments between EU member states. Our EU warehouse network is specifically designed to leverage this advantage for faster, frictionless delivery.
- For shipments originating outside the EU (i.e., international express from India), all parcels pass through EU Customs. ModaMindFuels takes all reasonable precautions to ensure smooth customs clearance, including appropriate labelling and declared values compliant with EU regulations.
- Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations applicable to the products ordered within their specific EU member state. In the rare event that a parcel is held or seized at customs, our reshipment guarantee (Section 7) will apply.
Delivery Guarantee & Reshipment Policy
We back every order with our 100% Delivery Guarantee. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will take corrective action at no additional cost.
Complimentary Reshipment or Refund
If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a complimentary reshipment. Please contact our support team with your order reference and tracking number to initiate a claim.
Reshipment Triggers
- Parcel held, delayed, or seized at EU Customs beyond the standard delivery window
- Loss in transit confirmed by the carrier
- Non-receipt of package beyond 20 business days of estimated delivery
- Failed delivery due to carrier error (not customer error)
Exclusions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or postal code provided at checkout.
- Failure to collect from a carrier depot or post office within the holding period.
- Delivery refused by the recipient.
- Seizure resulting from prohibited items declared by the customer.
