All shipments to the United States are handled with the utmost care to ensure timely, reliable delivery while fully protecting your privacy. This policy outlines our US-specific shipping methods, timelines, tracking procedures, and guarantee commitments.
Discreet Packaging & Privacy
- Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names, brand names, or any identifying information appear on the exterior of the parcel. All shipments are labelled as “Health Care Product” to ensure complete confidentiality throughout the delivery process.
- For larger orders, we may split and dispatch across multiple separate parcels on consecutive days to minimise customs-related risk and ensure the highest delivery success rate.

Domestic US Shipping – USPS Priority Mail
Orders destined for US addresses are fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail from our US domestic distribution network. This is our primary and recommended shipping method for all US customers.

International Express to the USA
Where domestic stock is unavailable, orders may be dispatched via international express courier from our fulfilment centres in India. All international parcels clear US Customs before onward domestic delivery.

Order Processing & Confirmation
- Once your order is successfully placed and payment is authorised, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order summary, estimated delivery window, and a unique order reference number.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout address errors may result in delivery failure and will not qualify for our reshipment guarantee.

Once dispatched, you will receive automated email and SMS notifications containing your USPS or carrier tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Tracking Activation Window
Please allow 5–7 business days from the dispatch date for tracking information to become active in the carrier system. During this period, statuses such as ‘Pending Shipment,’ ‘Tracking Information Not Found,’ or ‘Unknown’ are normal and do not indicate an issue with your order.

US Customs & Import Regulations
- All international shipments to the USA pass through US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). ModaMindFuels takes all reasonable precautions to ensure parcels clear customs without issue, including appropriate labelling and declared values. However, customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable US federal and state import regulations for the products ordered.
- In the rare event that a parcel is held or seized by US Customs, our reshipment guarantee will apply as outlined in Section 7 below.
Delivery Guarantee & Reshipment Policy
We back every order with our 100% Delivery Guarantee. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will take corrective action at no additional cost.
Complimentary Reshipment or Refund
If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a complimentary reshipment. To initiate a claim, please contact our support team with your order reference and tracking number.
Reshipment Triggers
- Parcel held, delayed, or seized at US Customs beyond the standard delivery window.
- Loss in transit confirmed by the carrier.
- Non-receipt of package beyond 20 business days of estimated delivery.
- Failed delivery due to carrier or postal error (not customer error).
Exclusions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
- Failure to collect from a USPS facility or delivery depot within the holding period.
- Delivery refused by the recipient.
- Seizure resulting from prohibited items declared by the customer.
