Discreet Packaging & Privacy
- Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names, brand names, or identifying information appear on the exterior of the parcel. All shipments are labelled as “Health Care Product” to maintain complete confidentiality throughout the delivery process.
- For larger orders, parcels may be split and dispatched across multiple separate shipments on consecutive days to minimise any customs-related risk and maximise delivery success.

UK Domestic Shipping Royal Mail
Orders destined for UK addresses are fulfilled via Royal Mail from our UK domestic stock. Royal Mail is our primary and recommended shipping method for all customers within Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

International Express to the UK
Where domestic UK stock is unavailable, orders may be dispatched via international express courier from our fulfilment centres in India. All international parcels pass through HMRC and UK Border Force before onward domestic delivery.

Order Processing & Confirmation
- Once your order is successfully placed and payment is authorised, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order summary, estimated delivery window, and unique order reference number.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout, including your full postcode address errors may result in delivery failure and will not qualify for our reshipment guarantee.

Tracking Activation Window
Please allow 5-7 business days from the dispatch date for tracking information to become active in the carrier system. Statuses such as ‘Pending Shipment,’ ‘Tracking Information Not Found,’ or ‘Unknown’ during this period are normal and do not indicate an issue with your order.

UK Customs & Import Regulations
- All international shipments to the UK pass through HMRC and UK Border Force. ModaMindFuels takes all reasonable precautions to ensure parcels clear customs without issue, including appropriate labelling and declared values.
- Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with UK import regulations applicable to the products ordered. In the rare event that a parcel is held or seized at the UK border, our reshipment guarantee will apply as outlined in Section 7.
- Please note: Since the UK’s exit from the European Union, additional import declarations may be required for certain goods. Our fulfilment team manages this process on your behalf wherever possible.
Delivery Guarantee & Reshipment Policy
We back every order with our 100% Delivery Guarantee. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will take corrective action at no additional cost.
Complimentary Reshipment or Refund
If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a complimentary reshipment. Please contact our support team with your order reference and tracking number to initiate a claim.
Reshipment Triggers
- Parcel held, delayed, or seized at UK Border Force beyond the standard delivery window
- Loss in transit confirmed by the carrier
- Non-receipt of package beyond 20 business days of estimated delivery
- Failed delivery due to Royal Mail or carrier error (not customer error)
Exclusions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or postcode provided at checkout
- Failure to collect from a Royal Mail delivery office within the holding period
- Delivery refused by the recipient
- Seizure resulting from prohibited items declared by the customer
