Armodacare 150mg tablet is a wakefulness-promoting medication used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness caused by narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea, hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), and shift work sleep disorder. It contains Modafinil, an active ingredient that affects cognitive functioning in the brain. Modafinil is chemically classified as the R-enantiomer, one of the molecule’s two mirror counterparts. The material is a white or off-white crystalline powder that is somewhat soluble in water, acetone, and methanol.

Armodacare 150mg works by changing neurotransmitter systems, hence increasing alertness and cognitive performance. It impacts a variety of neurotransmitters, including dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin.
