Contraindications:

Anyone with a known allergy to Modafinil or any of the other compounds in the 200 mg tablet of Modalert should not take it. This drug should not be taken alongside antidepressants, antipsychotics, or hypertensive drugs. People with severe liver condition should take just half the recommended amount. A normal dose could cause dangerous negative effects in some persons. Use caution with Modalert 200 mg Tablet if you have diabetes, heart problems, or blood disorders. While you take this drug, athletic activity is not advised.

Precautions:

1. The Modalert Tablet should not be used by pregnant women. The effects of Modalert 200 mg Tablet could be harmful to the unborn child. Therefore, it is not recommended for women who are pregnant or trying to conceive.
2. Modalert 200 mg Tablet use is not recommended for women who are breastfeeding. The drug could enter breast milk and cause harm to the infant. Modalert 200 mg tablet should be used with caution in nursing women. The doctor may advise to stop breastfeeding while taking this medication.
3. Do not operate hazardous machinery or drive a motor vehicle while using Modalert 200mg Tablets.
4. It is recommended to avoid alcohol while you use Modalert 200 mg Tablets due to the increased chance of negative effects. Alcohol may worsen the unpleasant side effects of this drug

This treatment should be administered with caution to people who have a history of substance abuse. This medication should not be used in children younger than 18 years of age since its safety and efficacy have not been established in controlled clinical trials. Other Warnings 

It shouldn’t replace getting enough sleep at night. Get at least the minimum amount of sleep each night. You could get a headache from it as well. Changes in mood or thoughts of suicide are medical emergencies that require medical attention. How to store modalert 200 mg:

Modalert 200 mg Tablet should be stored in a secure location out of the reach of children. It should be stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight (not in the bathroom), and away from heat and moisture. Medications that are no longer needed should be disposed off properly to prevent accidental ingestion by animals and children.

Dose Skipping:

Each day, at the same time, take 200 milligrams of Modalert. If you forget a dose and need to take it, take it as soon as you remember. Make sure to stick to the plan. If it is already the time for the next dose or more than 12 hours have passed since the last dose, you should skip the missed dose and proceed with your regular schedule. Overdosing is possible if you take two doses at once to compensate for a missing dosage.
